SAP User Experience and Design 2014 Strategy

I recently had a chance to interview Sam Yen, SAP's Global Head of User Experience and Design. We discussed SAP's user experience strategy in 2013 as well as plans for 2014. If you can spare 11 minutes, we also give a quick update on new rapid-deployment solutions coming out very soon on the topic of UX and Fiori. I think Sam says it best at the end:

 

"The RDS solutions are the perfect way to make this experience much more seamless and simple for our customers. It’s a very strategic part of what we need in order to get Fiori into the hands of the end users."
